Go through the whole process with us – from idea to the finished product. We will show you the workflow using the example of the ekonewka watering bottle cap – our flagship gadget presented at the Marketing Festival 2022.
In the beginning, there was chaos.
Seriously. Everywhere – from the idea board to sketchbooks. Our goal was to create a small gadget that would be interesting in its simplicity, functional, and had the potential in the promotional gadgets market – it had to meet all expectations regarding customization. And so the idea for the ekonewka was born – a bottle cap with a universal thread for watering plants, with the option to give it an individual shape, color, texture, and embossing.
The next stage is brainstorming and concept analysis – this is the field for two teams – the creative team responsible for the product concept and the production team responsible for turning the idea into a real, functional product – watering bottle cap.
What’s next?
Now the magic happens – we move on to modeling and materializing the product. The project takes shape and becomes a 3D model ready for prototype preparation – it’s always a milestone in the entire process. This is when tests are conducted, and the prototype is thoroughly examined for its functionality.
A moment of excitement
The first resin prints, tests on bottles, development of embossing options and shapes, adding colors and textures – for us, it’s pure fun! It is at this stage that the final appearance of the product is determined. Afterward, it’s quite simple… we start production!

The moment when you hold in your hands a product that was just a drawing or a one-sentence description a while ago is the most exciting. To ensure the success of the entire process, we examine the final result under a microscope – several times! The refined product is ready to be presented to a wider audience.
You’re probably thinking that this whole process is time-consuming – nothing could be further from the truth! Developing a promotional gadget from a drawing to a finished product takes us about 10 days, and thanks to Polish production, you don’t have to wait several weeks for delivery.
